The price of exhibition booth rental depends on a number of factors. These are the most important:
Floor is priced per m², walls per running metre. A 3×3 m booth with L-walls (6 rm) is the basis for most.
Straight wall = cheapest. L-shape = middle. U-shape = most walls = higher price but maximum use of space.
Counter, furniture, TV screens and lighting are optional. Choose exactly what you need – nothing more, nothing less.
Rental graphics (reusable textile) are cheapest. Forex and fabric give sharper print but are single-use products.
Delivery within Stockholm is included. Gothenburg, Malmö, Jönköping – shipping is added based on distance and volume.
Normal booking (2–3 weeks) = standard price. Urgent bookings may affect availability but not necessarily the price.

All prices on this page exclude VAT (25%). VAT is added when invoicing. VAT-registered companies can reclaim the VAT.
Yes – always. Delivery to and from the show, build-up and dismantling are always included in the price for Stockholm. For shows outside the Stockholm region, a shipping cost is added.
